1. Booking Process

• Reservations can be made online, via email, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Our team will reach you out by an e-mail or WhatsApp with the payment link.
• The payment is secure by Tab.travel UK
• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
• No-show or late arrival: No refund.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

• Changes to the booking date can be made up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the tour are subject to a rebooking fee or 50% charge of the tour cost.

4. Safety and Health Requirements

• Participants must be in good health and physically fit for cycling activities.
• Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
• Helmets and safety gear are provided and must be worn during the tour.

5. Tour Inclusions

• Professional guide services.
• Bike rental and safety equipment.
• Water and refreshments.
• Entry fees (if applicable) and follow to each tour inclusion.

6. Exclusions

• Personal insurance.
• Meals not specified in the itinerary.
• Personal expenses.

7. Liability Waiver

• Participants are agreed to terms and conditions of a liability waiver upon booking is confirmed.
• Participants are required to sign an additional liability waiver before starting the tour.
• Elephant Bike Tours is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during the tour.

8. Weather Policy

• Tours operate in most weather conditions.
• In case of extreme weather, Elephant Bike Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.

9. Group Size and Minimum Requirements

• Minimum and maximum group sizes may apply; private tours are available upon request.
• Elephant Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel tours that do not meet the minimum group size, with a full refund offered.

10. Code of Conduct

• Participants must follow instructions from the guide at all times.
• Respect for local culture, customs, and the environment is required.
• Elephant Bike Tours reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, without a refund.
